[DISPATCH] EMPORIA Items Arriving Now
The latest from our new digital storefront and a whole lot more!
Welcome back to a brand new installment of the [DISPATCH], a weekly direct report from us to you, with news, recaps, exclusive content and more.
Last week we released SANKTA URBO, a brutal new story from the killer team of artist André Lima Araújo and colorist Chris O’Halloran. The newest story from the upcoming [MAPS] Graphic Novel Sourcebook is not one you want to miss, and the Gold Priests and Filth Priests are going to be very upset if you haven’t checked it out yet.
SANKTA URBO was released exclusively for our paid subscribers, who are the engine that makes this whole universe possible. If you’re not a paid subscriber, we’re currently offering 20 PERCENT OFF all new Annual Subscriptions through May 29th – our biggest discount ever.
Thanks as always for your support. And speaking of…
Some of our readers have been asking questions about EMPORIA, our recently opened digital storefront where you can get physical comics, books, prints, collectibles, merchandise and more. And if you’re a member of THE CIRCLE, our premium membership tier, or a paid subscriber, you have access to exclusive items at both levels. All you have to do is check out the information here for THE CIRCLE and here for paid to use special links and passwords to access those items.
It brings us immense joy to see these items in your hands and know you’re enjoying them. Here’s some photos that have been shared with us from the community so far:
Please keep those coming! We can’t wait to see more.
Additionally, we’ve received some questions about fulfillment, and when orders will be getting to you. We mentioned ahead of the store’s launch that we’d be starting with pre-orders and then moving to proper fulfillment, and thus far we’ve split some shipments to get things in your hands faster.
Those gorgeous, limited-edition [FOUNDATIONS] Prestige Lenticular Editions are heading out the door to you starting TODAY. If you’ve already purchased, expect an updated email about shipping as soon as your package goes out.
Because we’re perfectionists and only want to deliver the highest quality items to you, the only items from the initial EMPORIA release that have not started shipping are the brand new 11” x 17” prints from Mike Huddleston and Mike del Mundo. Final touches are being made as we speak, and we expect them to start shipping at the end of this week or early next.
Note that both lists currently denote that each is still in preorder mode, which will be removed as soon as they’re actively being sent out. If you’ve already ordered, you’ll receive an email with shipping information as soon as it’s on the way.
As mentioned previously, we’ve been working since launch to continue bringing down shipping prices, and that’s always going to be a goal for us (for both Emporia and subscriber rewards). Over in Chat, we asked our subscribers in the UK, Europe, and Australia to let us know what their shipping costs were for the Year 1 subscriber rewards. If you haven’t weighed in there, please do so as soon as you can.
From all of us here at 3W/3M, thank you for your enthusiasm and your patience when it comes to EMPORIA. We can’t wait to get everything out the door and with you, and once that happens we’ll be sharing some news about the next drop. If you want access to everything we offer first, as well as exclusive items, you need to be part of THE CIRCLE, which also comes with a host of other perks including the Deluxe Hardcover Edition of the upcoming [MAPS] Graphic Novel Sourcebook.
With that, let’s check out the week that was…
[COMICS] Last week was another big one, with an all-new [MAPS] story, plus another new episode of THE VALLARS.
SANKTA URBO pits the Gold Priests vs. the Filth Priests in the Holy City of Akva, and André Lima Araújo and Chris O’Halloran, and Rus Wooton certainly brought the pain.
Later in the week, we shared the sixth episode of THE VALLARS, the first 3W/3M ongoing series, with art by Jason Howard and colors by Frank Martin. If you love adventure, come back every Thursday for some of the best in the business bringing it to life. As always, THE VALLARS is available completely FREE, for everyone.
[PROCESS] While two warring factions of priests attacked each other in the story, Mike Huddleston and Mike del Mundo blessed us by walking us through designing characters, squid dog fighters, and the city itself in one of our best [PROCESS] posts yet. It’s perfect for making-of fans, and also full of stunning art.
[SERIAL] For the 21st installment of our weekly Sunday Serial focused on Tajo Vallar and Syg the Stag’s journey across Kaoso, the latest one was a little different than everything that came before. While it still featured Steve Epting’s masterful art and colors, it did so with no dialogue or captions, relying entirely on the power of the art. (Don’t worry, Rus Wooton isn’t going anywhere.)
Before we go, how about a final tease from Jason and Frank…
Curious if there’s been any thought to some official 3W3M mobile wallpapers? Maybe something that highlights Sasha’s design work alongside some of the Mikes art!
3W/3M logo hats would be awesome 🤔
