Is there a time frame for when the rewards are shipped? I may be moving within the next few months and I want to put my address down as accurately as possible.

We'll be confirming the time frame as soon as [MAPS] has gone to press. In this instance, it may be easiest to hold off on completing the invoice until you know when the shipment is expected and whether you'll be pre- or post-move.

Hi there, thank you for the update!

Just want to check in once more on the time frame for when we'll need to renew subscriptions. I do my renewals manually rather than keeping a card on file for automatic renewals. So just want to make sure I'll have some way to indicate when I need to make the renewal and not have my subscription lapse.

Currently, my account shows "trial period till June 12," which I understand to be the extensions given in order to cover shipping time for Year 2 physical items. BUT, once shipping does take place, just want to be sure I know if/when that status will change again and renewal will need to happen.

I'm on board for another year in the Circle!

Once shipping takes place we'll stop adding extensions, but you won't see any notifications on that. You should receive an automated email about 7 days prior to your renewal date, but that comes from the Substack side and is not something we control.

We recommend checking your account info after you see the eventual post about all Year 2 shipments going out and then planning accordingly. You can also reach out to us at support@3w3m.com at that time if you have any questions.

Hello - I seem to have been charged for Year 3 yesterday. Was that a mistake? I thought this wasn’t going to happen until our Year 2 rewards had been shipped. Please confirm, thanks!
