They're happening, they just haven't shipped yet- and just like last year we won't be renewing any subscriptions until they go out.

How do we get the rewards. Do I need to submit my address anywhere so they can be shipped to me?
Will it be possible to combine the rewards with other items from the shop to save on shipping costs to Europe?
