This week is all about [THE COMPETITION], our first ever open scriptwriting tryout.
We recently shared all three scripts from the winners. We loved what these writers came up with, but now it’s time to look at what it takes to make sure that what they’re doing not only works on its own merits, but also fits into the greater tapestry and continuity of 3 Worlds / 3 Moons.
We’ll be looking at one script a day for the next three days, sharing our feedback, constructive criticism, and reactions on each.
Normally a comic book writer’s work isn’t judged until it’s released as a finished product, with art and lettering. In this case, we’re sharing the raw script drafts and the notes they’re getting from us, so they’re having to be braver than most with everything happening in public.
Today we’re going to be looking at MERGER by Ramsey Ess.
