YEAR 2 [REWARDS]

After testing a few different options for this, we’re changing up how you’ll confirm your mailing address and pay for shipping info.

Starting today, members of THE CIRCLE will receive an email containing a special code. That code will allow you to add your CIRCLE-exclusive subscriber rewards package to your cart.

From there, you can confirm your address and pay for shipping, or you can add additional items from EMPORIA to your cart to save on shipping*.

*PLEASE NOTE: Any Print on Demand items will incur their own, additional shipping charges. These items will arrive separately ahead of your Year 2 subscriber rewards package. See below for a complete list of all current EMPORIA items that fall into this category.

To make sure there are no issues with the emails or checkout process, CIRCLE members will have an exclusive window to get their rewards and buy new EMPORIA items starting now through Monday.

Beginning on Monday, all qualifying Annual subscribers will receive an emailing containing a special code that will allow you to add your Annual subscriber rewards package. Annual subscribers will also have the ability to add additional items from EMPORIA.

WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH MY ITEM CODE?

First, please check your spam folder. The email should be coming to you via the same email you get all our Substack posts from in your inbox, but different email providers handle things differently.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REWARDS SHIPMENT?

We’re still waiting to confirm the final binding date for the [MAPS] Graphic Novel Sourcebook, so this information will be shared as soon as we know for sure. At this time, you’re paying for the shipping charges and we’ll fulfill as soon as we can.

As mentioned previously, no rewards-eligible subscribers will be asked to renew until your rewards have been shipped, so we’ll continue adding free time to your subscription until everything is on its way to you.
