Here’s the latest illustration from Mike Huddleston, who delivers a stunning vision of the Academy Ruins on Kaoso.
Discovered by Institute researchers in 900 LC, initial efforts at mapping the terrain were met with increasingly violent reprisal by indigenous hostiles, until cataclysmic atmospheric attacks forced a full quarantine of the moon that lasted several decades.
You can find out much more about Kaoso and follow Tajo Vallar’s journey across the moon in FOUNDATIONS, BREATHE, and ACADEMY.
If you like what you’ve seen today (and recently), that’s what [MAPS] is all about. A feast for the eyes, in addition to being a comprehensive Atlas of the Three Worlds and Three Moons. You’re going to love it.
THE CIRCLE and Annual subscribers who signed up prior to the cutoff will receive a beautiful printed copy of the book with their subscription (plus shipping). THE CIRCLE members will receive a deluxe hardcover edition with a signed and numbered bookplate, while Annual subscribers will receive a deluxe softcover edition. Both editions will match the format of [SYSTEMS].
We’ll have an important [MAPS]-related update for you soon, so keep your eyes peeled for that. Trust us, this is what you’ve been waiting for.
Will there be anything in the [MAPS] printed edition that hasn't already been released digitally? (IMO the answer should be yes!)
