I've been subscribed to the Founder tier since the launch, but I've never gotten anything asking about my location (I'm in Canada, but can have stuff shipped to the US if need be), or anything else about the physical rewards. Reached out to support via email and got a response after nine days, but then after replying, support never followed up in the month+ since. How can I make sure I get the stuff for my sub tier? Is there a process for this? I understand you guys are busy, but I personally run a web platform with over 10 million monthly users, one which is totally free with no paid option or upsell, and we still respond to all customer support emails. It's possible.
