I've been subscribed to the Founder tier since the launch, but I've never gotten anything asking about my location (I'm in Canada, but can have stuff shipped to the US if need be), or anything else about the physical rewards. Reached out to support via email and got a response after nine days, but then after replying, support never followed up in the month+ since. How can I make sure I get the stuff for my sub tier? Is there a process for this? I understand you guys are busy, but I personally run a web platform with over 10 million monthly users, one which is totally free with no paid option or upsell, and we still respond to all customer support emails. It's possible.

These stories will also be in the big graphic novel right? I would like to CGC this Ashcan. But will only do so if the material is also in the big book.
Also, for framing. I got mine in a shadow box. It's kindof like a thicker frame to put stuff in. I have a CGC slab with some art and comissions around it.
They will still slab things, you just need a certificate of authnticity OR a witness. And usually they have reps at cons so that they can take care of that for you. :)
I'm sure the CGC guys wherever you go can clear it up. You going to one of the Cons? If your going to ECCC I'll be there and would be happy to help you out! I'll bring an extra hard case sleeve too. :) just in case you can't get it sealed.
About the ECCC, I usually travel to the US only once or twice a year, and usually work related. So, yeah, bummer. But I will definitely need help figuring out this casing stuff so I migh call you up on that, if it’s all right with you.

If EU format, it is 11.6” tall, but CGC lists 11.5” as the max height for magazine cases. Might be close…
