Having the Vojogonto be a complete surprise was fantastic, I loved learning about them like this. And that big splash of them in transit is something I would’ve loved as a blacklight poster back in the day.

I would STILL love it as a print, blacklight or otherwise.

Those 12 pages were absolutely loaded with cool ideas and amazing, poignant work. I’m here for the Vojogonto. Brilliant work by all.

As much fun as it is to get all the sneaks at process, I'm so glad I knew nothing about the Vojogonto before reading this.

I was nearly moved to tears. How fuckin incredible?!

Always nice to see it in color first. The bright light on the splash page where we meet the vojogonto: it was as if I was seeing it with my own eyes. Also, more Christian Ward, please.

For some reason, my brain always wants to decode the numeric symbolism in things like "81 original Vojogonto" (maybe thats why they put me in the lab?).

81 is 3^4, which somewhat fits into the 3M3W, trifecta of things, but 3^3 for 27 Vojogonto fits much better. But maybe the solar system just needed more, maybe I'm just overthinking a randomly selected number.

Also curious about the significance of one of these disappearing, and if the changing in their numbers has any other effects on the world

Great story and great art! Love Christan's style!

Neat concept, I especially like the mutual benefits of the relationship. Now I need to go read my other books and see if anything else was going on in 142 LC / 8150 KC ... 😎

Christian is one of the few guys in the bussines that can give the Mikes a run for his money! From now on we should refer to him as Sir Christian Mike Ward. Awesome comic !
