“NOTES FOR PROCESS JUNKIES” Should get its own book, just saying.

Sweet, hopefully I’ll get my copy in time for ECCC, so I’ll have it in time for the photo.

I hope so too! It would be nice! I'm driving 12 hours to be up there for just that Saturday with my wife 😅. All to get my Decorum Hardcover signed by my comics heroes. Lol. Even if we don't get the source book by ECCC. That will be worth it.

Is there an estimate on the shipping amounts? Especially for international, as I'm aware that can sometimes get quite expensive. (I'm in the UK personally.)

Hey Steve, I love that you're rocking Microsoft Excel to keep track of things, but I humbly suggest that you give Trello (https://trello.com/tour) a try. It's free up to a point and it's very collaborative. You can share a Trello board with practically any number of other collaborators and have them do their updates instead of you doing all of the admin.

Just a thought...

Being a founder is one of the best decisions I've made as a comics fan. I have recently cut out comics from my budget due to other costs. But this is a project I am proud to support and plan to do so as long as we keep getting stellar content like this!

With the creative masters behind all this. I don't think we will be starved for epic content any time soon.

Wow, what an interesting update into things. I’m looking very forward to seeing how things pan out for the sourcebook as you guys really have been putting your collective noses to the grindstone to churn this out.

I will say though, I agree with the whole, “A good letterer is worth their weight in platinum” bit. Looks like I need to steal Rus from you guys lol, kidding. I do have a question though: With using Zoop, how does the coordination of efforts go in terms of handling the project? Do they send the files to a printer of your choosing or their own? They do the bulk of the work in terms of marketing and such?

Don’t tease me anymore; please! J/K Sounds like I’ll be getting this around my birthday. We know you guys don’t want us asking for it in C2E2! Lmao! Super excited for all of us!!!!

I’m really not worried about physical rewards of any type. I’m getting more than I thought I would get with a Founders subscription already. Keep the content coming and don’t get bogged down worrying about a new shiny thing to manufacture.

The point you raise about subscribing for a month and dropping is an interesting problem to consider. Is it possible to create benefits for those that have subscribed for x number of months? Ie. after a 12 month period, is there a functional difference between an annual subscriber and a monthly subscriber?

Any idea of a rough estimate of shipping cost for the book + founders items for US? Are we talking something that can go in a Priority Mail flat rate box? How about like... under $25 vs over $25, is it possible to put into one of those ranges? Again, for US shipping cost of book plus founder items? Obviously we want everything to be well protected, hopefully without also ending up with shipping costing as much as buying an expensive book anyway... Thank you!

Is the Q&A from 2021 still up-to-date, or does the book also ship internationally? Like for me, the Netherlands?

From how it's written it looks like international fans can get the items! They will just need to pay shipping. Which I'm sure is the killer part of it.

You should extend founder benefits into 2023. Feels like this book won’t arrive until after the year mark passes

As we launched in August, that's been one of our biggest goals, making sure this book is in your hands before then- and we're currently on track to make that happen, fingers crossed.
