I like your off topic updates about what shows your watching it games.your playing but I'd love to hear what music you're listening to! I'm listening to Thumpasaurus's song "I'm pissed" on repeat.
As for a 3w3m question I was wondering if there's any chance if coming across the pond to leta say , oh just off the top of my head, Ireland? 👀
My soft cover arrived today. Wow, looks amazing. Can't wait to dig in. I've read a few of the comics on line, but I've kind of held off on the rest as I wanted to read them in this format.
Everything from the HC to the membership card to the prints is top notch in terms of production quality and I appreciate that the effort was made to ship them securely so all that beauty wouldn’t be damaged en route
Sorry if this has already been addressed somewhere and I just missed it, but in Fables it is stated that Fayrii and Heir are closest to the sun, but in the Sourcebook Akva is. Which is the definitive planetary arrangement going forward?
In the very beginning of the sourcebook, there’s a map of the solar system showing the positions of the planets around the sun. Akva is depicted as closest, with Fayrii in between it and Therra
Cool! Yeah, I wasn’t sure which one was the definitive order going forward, but was leaning towards that anyway. Thanks for taking the time to corroborate!
Huh, you're right. Now when I'm searching back, I'm seeing Akva referred to as "first" but I'm not sure if I'm yet seeing it as closest!
Now for your second citation... where in Systems do you see it as closest? As I'm looking back, I currently can't find it clarified as closest. And if we're bringing familiar concepts, the fire-world being closest does make a lot of sense. Water being second and most earth-like being third?
I believe this version was only for people who signed up for founders by the deadline back in April, but I believe they said there will be a wider release of it at some point
Thanks for the reply. I got the sourcebook, signed up for the annual subscription. If I upgrade to founders do you know if I would get the other comic prints? Sorry for being redundant.
No worries! I think annual is just the sourcebook and founders has the rest. I think you had to be a founder by the deadline to get it all too. May be wrong about that, but that’s my understanding!
Hey Stephen, no idea where else to ask this so I'll try it here. It says in my account that my "trial ends" Nov. 26th... is that when my subscription renews? Sorry if you've mentioned this elsewhere or there was a better place to ask this... I'm struggling navigating substack...
OK, while I've got you here, I've really struggled with the Panels interface as well. All of the 3W3M comics I have there have no names but super long codes... which would be fine but the icons all display the same image which would be the cover of whatever file I just opened. Anyone else having that problem or is it just me?
Dang it... since this is 3Q3A, I feel the need to ask a third question...
I've just received my paperback edition of the systems source book and it's AMAZING! One thing though, I thought I was supposed to also get that cool looking membership card but it wasn't in the box. Can someone please explain to me what exactly am I supposed to get as an annual subscriber? It's kinda confusing.
At the start of this substack, there was mention of a coin, key, map, and invitation to be included as rewards for founding and early adopting members. Did this idea just fall through, or is this something coming further down the road? I apologize if this point has already been addressed.
I'd like to go on Saturday, but never got tickets. Are there any good resale options? I see on the official Lyte website that the waiting list for Saturday tickets is full. Are my only options left resell sites like stubhub or vivid seat? Everything I'm seeing on those sites are over $300 for the day ticket with fees. Any one know of any other more reasonable options? I'd love to meet you all!
I found a group of kind souls over on the r/nycc reddit page, where they have a thread of people swapping NYCC tickets at face value! Got my Saturday ticket transferred via Lyte; see you all next week!
I know we all got super spoiled with our books so far this week, but I’m a nosy Thwimmer who can’t help but ask questions. For Year Two, can we get some form of Foundations for annual subs? I was super jealous of our Founder brethren and I’d love to get it even if it was a reprint lol.
Got my stuff today - it's lovely. Slightly unrelated: can we get a weekly thread to talk about which new comics we've picked up?

Same. I’m diving deep now.

Just got my softcover today. The quality is outstanding.

Hmm which part of Fables stated that? Akva is definitely closest in my memory, but would love to see what Fables is showing!
Page 3 of Fable, top left panel. I tried to add an image, but I think that’s only available on threads?
In the very beginning of the sourcebook, there’s a map of the solar system showing the positions of the planets around the sun. Akva is depicted as closest, with Fayrii in between it and Therra
Well, that probably settles it then! Maybe it was solidified after the original Fable comic

Just reading my Systems Source book finally.... Just confirming on p. 14 that Akva is indeed closest to the sun. That's gotta be definitive!
Huh, you're right. Now when I'm searching back, I'm seeing Akva referred to as "first" but I'm not sure if I'm yet seeing it as closest!

I also always remembered it that way. Only noticed this upon rereading Fable in Foundations
How do I get the printed version of fable? If I upgrade to founders will I get that?

Any recommendation on where to place the bookplate in the hardcover?
I put mine on the inside of the front cover.
Was this the last 3Q3A? Why did it stop? I really enjoyed these updates from Stephen Wacker.

How's it going?

Android app is out, so Android users can join us all on Threads now!
Got all my stuff in this weekend! The book rocks!
Quick question you can clarify:
At the start of this substack, there was mention of a coin, key, map, and invitation to be included as rewards for founding and early adopting members. Did this idea just fall through, or is this something coming further down the road? I apologize if this point has already been addressed.
Soft cover arrived today (with Hurricane Ian rolling in to NC, guess the adage about the post office is still true...) A happy 3W3M annual subscriber!
If I upgrade to founders what would I receive?
NYCC related question:
I'd like to go on Saturday, but never got tickets. Are there any good resale options? I see on the official Lyte website that the waiting list for Saturday tickets is full. Are my only options left resell sites like stubhub or vivid seat? Everything I'm seeing on those sites are over $300 for the day ticket with fees. Any one know of any other more reasonable options? Update on this for others in my shoes:
