[WORLDS WORTH WATCHING] GHOST IN THE SHELL

Worlds Worth Watching 008 - Saturday 3pm Eastern / 12pm Pacific

Normally for [WORLDS WORTH WATCHING], we pick a movie that we think is a great example of world-building, then we watch it together at an appointed time, with you. The 3W/3M team is there, providing commentary, jokes, and trivia, and we usually have some special guests drop by.

This time, we changed up the formula a bit and put the power in the community’s hands. We gave you three options to choose from in this week’s [DISPATCH], and you let us know what you wanted to watch with us.

For the latest [WORLDS WORTH WATCHING], we’ll be screening GHOST IN THE SHELL, directed by Mamoru Oshii and based on Masamune Shirow’s acclaimed manga.

(Note that we’ll be watching the original 1995 animated feature film, not the 2.0 version from 2008, or the live-action remake from 2017.)

WHEN: Saturday, JULY 29. Starting the film promptly at 3pm EASTERN / 12pm PACIFIC.
