[THE COMPETITION] Update: New Deadline Date

Pitches due this weekend.

So, yesterday we launched [THE COMPETITION], our new writer talent search, with the launch of our pitch submission portal. And we told you then, we’d keep it open until we got 100 pitches or after 30 days, whichever came sooner.

Then we got 100 pitches in the first hour. Safe to say which came sooner.

That said, as we promised, we’re going to make sure everyone gets a chance to participate, and we know how it can be with time zones and work schedules, etc.

So we’re going to keep the portal open through this weekend- it will shut down on Sunday at midnight pacific.

With hundreds of submissions already received, we continue to be blown away by this community; every single time we do something like this, we’re amazing by the response. Really is something special. And we’re excited to get to the next stage of reading through the ideas and narrowing it to the group of 10! Not going to be easy.
